Nicole Stefanski started her career in 2021 as a real estate resale specialist in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. Prior to joining Team Rod Frank, Nicole spent time mastering her talents and building a strong reputation as a rising star solo agent. Since joining the team, she has discovered the strength in numbers and countless benefits that comes with being part of the brokerage and her focus is now mainly assisting home buyers in the Hamilton area and offering outstanding service for those she works with.

Nicole’s approach to work and life is to always lead with patience, kindness, and meaningful communication. Her passion and determination earned her a diploma in the Education Support field which allowed her to work in schools and homes supporting children and youth with diverse learning challenges and special needs. As an enthusiastic professional, her combination of care and guidance carries over to the real estate world where she is happy to explain the reasoning behind certain methods and strategies so that clients are at ease while making well-informed decisions.

When she’s not helping home buyers, Nicole is a devoted Cat-mom of three loving felines and is often found reading Macleans, developing her skills in photography, or studying architecture and interior design. She is also a huge supporter of the Canadian Mental Health Association, the local food bank, and the KidsAbility Foundation.
